Couple of enhancements needed. Bid/ask on option chains need to be realtime/streaming not delayed quotes. People are on the go today. I trade with my iPhone and Im on the move all day, everyday. Fix this please. Its nice that the fields are pre-populated when you go to buy/sell but the price needs to favor the broker so I dont have to correct this every time. This makes for a much faster and realistic execution. Thank you. Now.....get these things done and listen to your customers please!

I also had to add some positive words. Never had issue with this app. Sign in is easy. Made trades, checked accts w/no problem. One thing I could not find was trade history. May have missed the link for that.

Down again, on a Monday morning, right at opening bell...both the iPhone app and web portal. They dont even bother to update or alert their users. I am switching services, even if I have to pay higher commissions. You get what you pay for...

Currently locked out of sign-in from iPhone mobile app despite working fine few days prior. very buggy app overall. Need to add functionality to make mobile deposit into available funds from linked bank account on the mobile app itself rather than needing to log in on the Full site.

I have had this App for over a year and it has always been an easy in and out process for me. I give the developers a Bravo Zulu. I do understand some peoples frustration about signing into the App, however I was with AT&T up until recently and just now I switch to Sprint and the App is giving me issues. Really, since I switched to Sprint my cellphone experience is awful. Dont ever switch to Sprint people, their towers are not up to date with technology. TradeKing App is definitely what you want on your smartphone. Its super easy and super fast.

This downed time pushes me to consider moving from this company...

This app is very buggy,most of the time it doesnt even allow me to sign in.

This app is terrible. It needs a lot of work and more functionality. It is nice to trade on the go but sometimes I cant log in. As you well know, timing is everything when trading. Other times, it doesnt accurately reflect my account balances or trade prices. These issues really need to be fixed.

The first few days the app worked great. I was able to check on my investments easily. After that it just stopped working. It will not even let me sign in. I dont know how Im supposed to do anything without being able to sign in!!

Need an update. Not a bug fix, a redesign. Its been years since an overhaul.

I like tradeking site. I use it for trades. On this app, Id definitely work on more attractive chart display, selection between timeframes could be better, ability to adjust settings for moving averages. Good job otherwise.

Come on really no Touch ID for login? Really a pain to have to re-login.

Severely dated UI. No TouchID. No way to transfer funds.

Heres the thing, if u right an iPhone app that needs password everytime you open,u enable touch id.

Several UI bugs that have persisted for months. Now receiving *incorrect data* in app. This will probably be enough to finally push me to a different brokerage.

Cant always log in and it crashes a lot.
